We understand and appreciate the importance of long term relationships. We insist on delivering the most responsive service and qualified technical support. We know that "service" is the key to success in the security industry. We also know the lack of it is exactly why so many of our competitors struggle for their survival and fail.
All of our products are serviceable on-site by our employees. We test and select our products very carefully. Our clients rely on their camera's images to protect their largest investment and therefore need no excuses for why their systems fail to be usable.
Our tech support team remains connected to your DVR via the internet around the clock and will attempt to contact you to open a service ticket at the first sign of trouble. All technical products eventually will require service and our Tech support department is available to our clients 9am-9pm every day of the year.
Along with our exclusive DVR health monitoring system, our DVRs and technical staff are capable of handling most repairs remotely over the internet.
We warranty all of our DVRs, CCTV Cameras, and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Anything longer is an exaggerated promise and not realistic. We do not believe in service agreement thereafter, as taking money in advance for something that has not broken (insurance) is just one more expense our clients do not need or want.
Rarely do our surveillance systems breakdown. After the warranty period our clients pay for a service call (if we cannot fix an issue remotely) and a part that may have failed.
Unlimited access to our on-line Express Help Center and Live Tech Chat are provided at no extra charge post warranty and of course live tech support is also available after the warranty period.
